Sustainable Products

  • Define criteria and select Kuoni “Sustainability Leaders” products and market them (GTD)
  • Promote sustainable accommodations at EURO2016

Human and Labour Rights

  • Prevent sexual exploitation of children within the value chain by implementing the Tourism Child Protection Code in relevant Divisions
  • Develop and implement Kuoni's human rights due diligence in line with the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights
  • Establish human rights risk assessment for the Group and each Division and assess impacts
  • Increase awareness on human rights among key internal stakeholders
  • Define mitigation measures based on UNICEF HRIA conducted in Vietnam

Natural Resources

  • Continue to measure, monitor and reduce the environmental footprint and greenhouse gas emissions of operations, especially the offsetting of business travel emissions
  • Define reduction targets and actions based on baseline calculations (e.g. Water, paper, electricity) for 80% of offices
  • Reduce environmental footprint of hotel suppliers through capacity building
  • Achieve ISO14001 Re-certification of VFS Global

Organisation and Governance

  • Adapt CR Governance and related internal policies to new corporate structure
  • Revise and update CR Risk Assessment reflecting new coroporate structure
  • CR goals are integrated in management by objectives process for CR ambassadors

Stakeholder Management and Reporting

  • Build trust among key stakeholders through transparent reporting and dialogue
  • Establish systematic stakeholder dialogue and define core stakeholders in new corporate structure
  • Prepare first ISO 20121 audit for Congress (MICE) operations
